In-Kind Donations
From Bare walls to Welcome Home!
Thank you for thinking of CWS Winchester and our clients. Many refugees arrive to the United States with little or no belongings, and your generous donation of household items helps to offset some of the home costs for a new refugee neighbor. This is a great way to help a new refugee neighbor who is making a home and rebuilding their life in the Shenandoah Valley.
We are currently accepting donations of hygiene items, bikes, and rugs at our office (2273 Valley Ave.) and all items listed by appointment at our donation hub. We do not always need all items.

CWS Winchester Donation Policy
CWS Winchester reserves the right not to accept certain donations.
CWS Winchester does not have the capacity to accept items outside of what is listed on our Household Donation list, or to pick up donations. Donations are by drop off only.
We are not able to accept these items at our office donation hub:
Mattresses, Box Springs, Bed Frames, and any items that are not in good repair/like new condition.
